The Successful Applicant

In addition to the Basic Requirements (see Education) your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying professional judgment and social work skills to provide counseling services and working collaboratively with other social workers and employees within the command to administer a successful Command Counseling Program.
