The Successful Applicant

Must meet education requirements from the above KEY REQUIREMENTS and In addition to the basic education requirement from the statement below. In addition to the mandatory education requirement all applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: GS09: 1) Assisting project managers in the design and execution of evaluations performance audits and/or reviews of programs policies and procedures 2) Participating in teams to make observations gather data and accomplish work activities 3) Analyzing data and evidence gathered though interviews background research observations and document reviews to develop findings and recommendations AND 4) Contributing to writing sections of oral presentations written reports and other written documents that contain findings and recommendations. Evidence of the above specialized experience must be supported by detailed documentation of duties performed in positions held.
