The Successful Applicant

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS08) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public performing the following duties: 1) Planning developing and implementing a personal financial education and counseling program for an organizations workforce in compliance with established procedures and regulations 2) Providing personal financial management and counseling expertise utilizing knowledge of military pay and benefits cash/credit/debt management personal financial record keeping (budget) personal financial goal setting saving and investment planning insurance retirement and estate planning consumer fraud and credit laws and 3) Communicating orally with military personnel at various levels to assist clients in modifying their behaviors to assure financial readiness by obtaining information providing direct financial management counseling and presenting courses workshops and briefings.
