Indefinite appointments may be made permanent at a later date without competition. WHO CAN APPLY: GROUP A All On Board Federal National Guard Employees within Virginia National Guard. GROUP B All current Federal Employees (from any agency) all federal reemployable eligible and/or current Army MDay and Air DSG within VANG. GROUP C All U.S. Citizens GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have experience providing operational leadership consultation directing client services community capacity building preventive remedial and support services aimed at improving and sustaining the psychological people and their families. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have at least 36 months of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS11 level or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as: Experience supporting the leadership team in addressing the psychological health of their installation. Experience conducting assessments routine and crisis evaluations psychodiagnostic assessments provides shortterm evidencebased problem resolution strategies and services. Experience designing developing coordinating and implementing prevention and community outreach and education programs. Experience being responsible for marketing and marketing evaluation activities.
