The Successful Applicant

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Executes behavioral science analysis (e.g. instrument development field data collections database management data reduction and analysis implementation of research findings) to evaluate effectiveness of behavioral and psychological health programs 2) Assists with developing psychological and behavioral health research studies focusing on issues (i.e. stress sleep issues mental health aggression and suicidal behavior) to address mitigation of destructive behaviors 3) Evaluates evidencebased health promotion interventions and behavioral change strategies to prevent the development of psychological and behavioral health problems and 4) Identifies solutions to issues that impact a healthy culture and other prevention programs relevant to team behavior an organizational structures.
