The Successful Applicant

Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the Basic AND Minimum Qualification requirements as noted below. Minimum Qualifications:GS11: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS09 level in the Federal service performing (1) of the (2) duties listed below: Analyzing program operations and/or procedures to identify the needs of a health and human services programs or Preparing policy materials to provide basic recommendations for improving operational methods. OR have successfully completed a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree or three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in behavioral or social science. NOTE(s): Gradepoint averages are to be rounded to one decimal place. For example 2.95 will round to 3.0 and 2.94 will round to 2.9. Copies of unofficial transcripts/proof of enrollment must be provided at the time of application to support your educational claims.
