The Successful Applicant

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Must understand labor relations military operations and the Military Health System TRICARE and VA as it pertains to the military Psychological Health Program. Experience in social work practices principles and theories to develop and implement comprehensive primary and secondary prevention programs. Experience in the organization management and administration of programs and services to participate in program planning with local and community agencies. Experience in applying psychological and social work methods and theory in an outpatient clinical setting and providing consultation for health care providers and military leaders. Experience in applying professional community organization skills related to the formulation of needs assessments development of prevention programs and the marketing of programs.
