The Successful Applicant

GS09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Conduct screenings to identify family violence dynamics safety assessment and crisis intervention techniques2) Develop implement and deliver training parenting education and coaching to military and civilian families3) Provide information and referral to military organizations missions lifestyles and associated stressors that can impact family development and unity during childbearing years and4) Market and promote programs and services through a variety of military and civilian stakeholders venues to provide appropriate preventive intervention to families. GS08 our resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Conduct screenings and assessments to determine if support services are warranted2) Develop and sustain partnerships with military and civilian family/health service providers3) Provide parenting education training and coaching to deter unhealthy parenting attitudes and beliefs and4) Maintain case files to compile statistics document work and other program data.
