The Successful Applicant
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Making recommendations regarding program and treatment policies schedules and special patient events Providing comprehensive assessment planning implementation and evaluation of patient needs by managing patient progression through multiple levels of care Collaborating with treatment teams in the development of patient treatment plans and assessing patient progress Participating in patient crisis management Following up on referrals to ensure access and engagement of patients with services and evaluating the outcome and effectiveness of referrals and resources Conducting performance standings and ratings and providing clinical supervision to counselors for the purpose of offering practical treatment suggestions and guidance.
