The Successful Applicant
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing professional methods to counter the psychological and/or socioeconomic stresses caused by prolong separations affecting individuals families mission performance and command readiness 2) Overseeing and providing Work and Family Life services to include transition assistance relocation assistance spouse career/employment assistance and personal financial management services and 3) Advising management and employees on Fleet and Family Support Program and/or Work Family Life policies procedures services instructions laws and guidance.
