AREAS OF CONSIDERATION:Area 1: All On Board Permanent Title 5 Federal Employees within the Oregon National GuardArea 2: All On Board Permanent Title 32 Technicians within the Oregon National GuardArea 3: All current nonpermanent Federal Technicians/Employees of the Oregon National GuardArea 4: All current or reemployable Federal EmployeesArea 5: U.S. Citizens GENERAL AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: One year equivalent to at least next lower grade level (GS11) is required. Specialized experience is that which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.
