The Successful Applicant

AREAS OF CONSIDERATION: Area 1: All On Board Permanent Title 5 Federal Employees within the Oregon National Guard Area 2: All On Board Permanent Title 32 Technicians within the Oregon National Guard Area 3: All current nonpermanent Federal Technicians/Employees of the Oregon National Guard Area 4: All current or reemployable Federal Employees Area 5: U.S. Citizens SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have one year of experience equivalent to at least next lower grade level (GS11). Specialized experience is that which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. A minimum of two (2) years within the past five (5) years in the independent practice of clinical social work is highly desired. Selective Placement Factor: Must possess a current unrestricted State license to practice clinical social work independently in any one of the 50 states the District of Columbia Puerto Rico or the U.S Virgin Islands.
