The Successful Applicant

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: . 1) Providing short term solution focused psychological counseling for individuals couples families and groups of people in crisis 2) Receiving initial reports and providing safety planning risk assessment and case management related to child abuse and spouse abuse 3) Developing and providing treatment targeting atrisk and substantiated victims and offenders of family violence 4) Maintaining case records assessments and treatment plans documenting clinical counseling in accordance with policies and regulations.
