The Successful Applicant

General Experience: Must have knowledge of social work theories principles techniques and resources. Specialized Experience: Must have 24 months of experience in in the following: Clinical social work assignments Providing assistance and services Helping people workout plans for improving the situation Interviewing people to establish the nature and extent of their problems Referring people to community resources and other organizations as indicated Assisting people to understand and modify their own patterns of behavior when appropriate
