Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. Basic Requirements: All applicants must meet the following basic requirements: (Must be supported in Transcripts from an accredited institution Resume and/or Applicable Certificate) Degree: behavioral or social science or related disciplines appropriate to the position. OR Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. OR Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. GS14: You qualify at the GS14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience which is equivalent to at least the GS13 level in the federal government that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Experience in managing aspects of research studies including study design execution analysis and results dissemination. Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis independently using applicable data systems and software tools such as Databricks R EXCEL Tableau. Preparing written analyses and summaries to communicate research findings. Orally communicating and presenting information based on research projects. Applying and adapting analytical and evaluative methods to assess issues or studies and improve program efficiency.
