The Successful Applicant

Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS12 level or equivalent which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled that has equipped applicants with the particular knowledge skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience must include both adjudicating and reviewing disability cases in a state or federal disability determination office and analyzing interpreting and explaining medical policies and regulations regarding federal disability programs. PLEASE NOTE: A writing exercise will be required as a part of the interview process. Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
