The Successful Applicant
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing planning managing coordinating scheduling and teaching a wide variety of social service program courses and workshops designed to enrich the lives of military personnel and families within the community 2) Modifying designing and implementing a marketing plan to communicate Family Service Center programs and ) Assessing community and individual needs to determine the best array of workshops and seminars for a long range Family Service Center education and training plan.
