The Successful Applicant

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience such as: 1. Provide mastery level management oversight and supervision of all counseling and advocacy programs and staff. 2. Recognize identify and assess mental disorders per the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual to include crisis situations and apply various counseling approaches. 3. Perform family advocacy case management to include receiving reports of child or domestic abuse and neglect. 4. Develop and conduct training on matters related to domestic violence and behavioral health. 5. Provide clinical guidance on risk assessment case management services and other therapeutic interventions.
