Individual Occupational Requirements Basic Requirements Degree: social work. Must fulfill all of the requirements for the masters degree in social work in a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: Experience conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and providing shortterm solutionfocused counseling for stress fatigue moral injury and operational burnout. Experience advising senior leaders on workforce trends (such as cognitive overload fatigue and retention risks) operational stress control and command climate issues. Experience partnering with medical religious and family support teams to coordinate primary prevention programs and ensure continuity of care between commands and treatment providers. Experience delivering afterhours emergency crisis intervention and case management for highrisk complex behavioral health cases (including suiciderelated behaviors).
