The Successful Applicant

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing clinical counseling to individuals and groups providing clinical case management including identification risk assessment (e.g. family violence homicide and suicide) safety planning psychosocial assessments treatment and referral of child and spouse abuse cases. In lieu of specialized experience you may be minimally qualified based on education or equivalent combination of education and experience as follows: Successful completion of 3 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree if it provided the knowledge skills and abilities necessary to do the work.ORPossess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree if it provided the knowledge skills and abilities necessary to do the work.ORA combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
