The Successful Applicant

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Providing short term solution focused counseling for individuals couples families and groups of people in crisis 2) Receiving initial reports and providing safety planning risk assessment and case management related to child abuse and spouse abuse 3) Developing and providing treatment targeting atrisk and substantiated victims and offenders of family violence 4) Maintaining case records assessments and treatment plans documenting counseling in accordance with policies and regulations.
