The Successful Applicant

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Masters Degree: Social Work. (Must fulfill all of the requirements for the masters degree in social work in a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.) AND 24 months or more of experience in Social Work. You must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of social work theories principles techniques and resources is mandatory. Other specialized experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the occupation. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AS THE FOLLOWING HAS CHANGED Indiana National Guard (INNG) Federal Technicians will wait 18 months after being selected for a new position before applying for another position within the INNG. If approved the memorandum will be returned to you and then submitted with your application.
