The Successful Applicant

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS15 you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Applying technical experience with federal program policies that may include drafting technical legislative commentary AND Communicating and facilitating evidencebased budget justifications to internal and external stakeholders AND Coordinating or facilitating a multidisciplinary team in the analysis of federal social science program data that may include: housing community development or fair and equal opportunity programs AND Coordinating and communicating with senior leaders to develop strategic plans and policy proposals with a focus on linking federal research programs or policies AND Providing guidance and leadership to office staff comprehensive workforce planning budgetary oversight performance management or continuous development of personnel to achieve organizational goals. The experience may have been gained in either the public private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to fulltime work parttime work is considered on a prorated basis.
