The Successful Applicant

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:A Master of Social Work degree from an accredited programunder the Counselof Social Work Education (CSWE) and possess a valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work License (LICSW) from the DC Board of Social Work a minimum of two (2) years asa child abuse and neglect social worker including and a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a social work supervisor or program supervisor or manager.Knowledge and experience in program development implementation and operations.Experience in evaluating prospective social work hires.The incumbent should be an enthusiastic and engaged professional who enjoys working with a diverse group of Court personnel and customers and lives the DC Courtsrsquo values of Accountability Excellence Fairness Integrity Respect and Transparency.Please note that authorization for the release of your adult criminal record revealing any convictions and forfeitures and any criminal cases currently pending before the courts is required. If you are selected for the position a criminal history records check will be conducted.
