The Successful Applicant

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Implementing services for a substance use program 2) Researching current developments in the substance abuse/violent offender/sexual offender treatment and incorporating changes into program philosophy delivery and evaluation 3) Providing comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and diagnoses assessing participation and determining progress of participants in a clinical treatment/education program and 4) Providing mental health screenings suicide/risk assessments (victim/perpetrator) and individual therapy for prisoners.AND Have a current state license or state certification that provides legal authority to provide clinical or independent social work services.
