The Successful Applicant

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Counseling prisoners within a correctional setting in accordance with rules and regulations of a correctional institution 2) Conducting group or individual counseling of diverse individuals in order to meet treatment goals 3) Maintaining records and case files of an extensive caseload to ensure entries reflect counseling in an accurate secure and retrievable manner 4) Serving as a member of a treatment team to develop program plans and deliver counseling services.
