The Successful Applicant

SOCIAL WORKER (ACCELERATED HIRE) GS018512: Must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS11 level or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Specialized experience may have been demonstrated by performing duties such as: Experience providing strategic planning and leadership to implement a comprehensive psychological health strategic plan Experience in Coaching Change Management Collaborative prevention efforts with an ability to establish and maintain an extensive array of resources Experience coordinating meetings and presentations tailored to the need of an organization. Participates in community activities to incorporate complex strategies that enhance community strengths reduces broadbased community needs implements community problem solving methods and forges community connections so as to promote psychologically healthy lifestyles.
